They're certainly not low-c...You are awesome!!! They're certainly not low-carb, but you could easily swap out the wheat flour for something like almond flour. I just love them because there's no refined sugar (and not even a tremendous amount of honey), and there's so much protein that I can eat two for breakfast and be full and satisfied until lunch.
